Why enterprise, and why now? AI is changing how software gets built, but it hasn't closed the talent gap. It has moved it. Large companies are rebuilding their engineering organisations around AI, cloud and data, and they need engineers who can build and run these systems now. Proxify helps place those engineers.

The role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll win new enterprise logos and grow them across business units and subsidiaries. You own each deal from first outreach to signature: an outbound role.

Enterprise buyers don't buy developer capacity the way startups do. A typical deal involves:

1. Getting in: Reaching CTOs or VPs of Engineering through research-led outbound and warm paths into existing customer groups.

2. Proving value: A pilot placement of 1–3 engineers, scoped with Client Engineering, that shows speed and quality.

3. Getting through procurement: Vendor onboarding, security and legal review, and negotiating a place on a preferred-supplier list, often against large consultancies already in the account.

4. Scaling: Turning the framework agreement into multi-team demand.

What you'll do

• Build and work a named account, generating your own pipeline through multi-channel outbound;

• Run multi-threaded deals across engineering, business, procurement and legal stakeholders;

• Build business cases leaders can take to their CFO: cost, time-to-hire and delivery risk;

• Negotiate commercial terms, MSAs and supplier-framework entries;

• Find expansion routes into subsidiaries and new business units of existing customer groups;

• Hand won accounts to Account Management with a clear expansion plan;

• Keep your pipeline, forecast and CRM accurate, and help write the enterprise playbook as it grows.

What we're looking for

• At least 4 years of new-business B2B sales in SaaS, tech services, IT consulting, staffing or outsourcing;

• Experience running the full cycle yourself, from cold outbound to signed contract, including procurement and legal;

• Confidence with C-level and technical buyers: you can talk about engineering teams, AI and cloud without a script;

• Comfort building structure where it doesn't exist yet;

• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience selling developer staffing, IT consulting or engineering services to large enterprises;

• A network among enterprise engineering leaders;

• Swedish, German or another language;

• Experience with a structured method such as MEDDPICC or command of the message;

• Experience helping set up a new sales function.

Why it may not be your match

❌ You lack curiosity about technology or feel uncomfortable discussing technical challenges.

❌ You are not based in Stockholm for on-site collaboration.

❌ You solely worked as an Account Manager and don't have outbound experience
