Role overview
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in Proxify's Enterprise New Business function. This is a strategic opportunity to help shape and scale how we acquire new enterprise clients while driving revenue through outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and expansion opportunities within existing enterprise groups.
You will own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed agreement, while helping refine and scale the processes, playbooks, and ways of working that will support the continued growth of our Enterprise team.
Key responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing new Enterprise clients.
Drive outbound prospecting through research, multi-channel outreach, qualification, and meeting generation.
Manage inbound Enterprise opportunities with speed and commercial focus.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within subsidiaries, business units, and affiliated companies of existing Enterprise customers.
Build trusted relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders to understand their hiring and technology needs.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth client handovers after successful onboarding.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Engineering, and Delivery teams to create an exceptional customer experience.
Help establish scalable sales processes, playbooks, and best practices that will support the continued growth of the Enterprise New Business function.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene while consistently working towards ambitious revenue targets.
Must-have
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology services, staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing complex Enterprise B2B deals.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and technical stakeholders.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving environment.
Ability and willingness to travel 1–2 business trips per month as needed.
Advanced written and spoken English.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
Nice-to-have
Experience selling tech services, developer staffing, IT consulting, or software solutions.
Experience selling into Enterprise organisations within international markets.
Understanding of software development, AI, cloud technologies, or modern engineering organisations.
Experience building or scaling new sales functions, processes, or playbooks.
Comfortable working in distributed teams and remote-first environments.
Existing network of enterprise decision-makers.
