About the role
As an Account Executive focused on North America, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Proxify’s growth in one of our key markets. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying and engaging prospective clients to closing new business and helping shape how we scale our go-to-market motion across the region.
Prospecting: Identify and reach out to new potential clients with a consistent workflow.
Pipeline building: Generate and nurture your own leads. Comfortable building pipeline through proactive outbound activity while also managing inbound opportunities.
Sales execution: Lead meetings, qualify prospects, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Matching: Collaborate with Client Engineers to identify the right tech talent for each client’s needs.
Closing: Handle negotiations and contracts to ensure smooth deal closures.
Handover: Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition and long-term success for each client.
Focus on Mid-market companies (50-2,000 employees)
You’ll also partner closely with the BDR team, guiding leads through the discovery, matching, negotiation, and closing phases.
What you bring to be successful in this role:
Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and a commitment to high-quality execution.
2+ years of success in a quota-carrying sales role with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
Experience selling technology, SaaS, staffing, recruiting, or professional services solutions.
Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Confidence leading consultative sales conversations with multiple stakeholders, including technical and business decision-makers.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer challenges and position solutions that create measurable value.
Interest in technology, software development, AI, and how modern teams scale.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a performance-oriented culture.
