We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy, high-performing, yet humble Sales Manager with a strong tech background and interest to play a pivotal role in leading a team of high performing Account Executives and Account Managers to grow our UK, Ireland and BENELUX market.

About the role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, high-performing yet humble Sales Manager with a strong technical background and a genuine interest in the space to play a pivotal role in leading a team of top-performing Account Executives and Account Managers. In this role, you will drive growth across our UK, Ireland, and BENELUX markets—regions that are not only strategically important but also part of a fast-growing and dynamic market landscape.
We believe that a great Sales Manager should have a black belt in the art of selling and taking care of customers. As needed you will also hire and keep building the high performing team.
What your week will look like:
You will lead team initiatives, team focus and activities to reach and crush ambitious goals. You are the kind of person with a deep feeling of responsibility and a high sense urgency;
Set clear goals to team members and create a high performing culture, where it’s safe to come with new ideas, a learning environment and positive energy;
We love data, and you will use it to give actionable insights that truly help people improve;
Celebrate wins with the team;
As we grow you will need to recruit and keep building a Champions league winning team;
You will also actively manage leads, turning them into long-term clients, and take full ownership of growing your accounts. By becoming a trusted partner, you will help clients expand their tech teams and foster lasting relationships.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you:
Have an intrinsic sense of urgency, responsibility and ownership;
Are a strong sales leader with a solid track record in meeting quotas and coaching the team members to meet their goals and develop;
You know how to apply MEDDIC and/or other methodologies to bring structure, coach individuals and succeed,
Have analytical skills and can assess the market situations, understand which levers to pull to get the right results,
Have a tech background and possess curiosity about technology, innovations and trends, and continually seeking to understand how they can be leveraged to solve real-world problems and improve efficiency;
Enjoy meeting clients and obsess about adding value to them
Some travel is expected to meet with clients quarterly and occasional internal gatherings.
