Team Lead Customer Success
Lead and grow Proxify’s Customer Success team, guiding global Growth segment partnerships, shaping processes, coaching others, and delivering fast value with AI tools.
We are looking for a Team Lead to be part of establishing our Customer Success team focused on our Growth segment. You will be leading the formation of a new function within Proxify. Proxify is one of Europe’s fastest growing companies according to Financial Times and Deloitte, and now we are creating a new Customer Success team to take care of the Growth Segment globally, typically early stage start-ups.

We are looking for an ambitious and high performing, yet humble, Customer Success Team Lead to play an important role in establishing the Customer Success team.
As a Team Lead for Customer Success team you will:
Lead, coach and support the Customer Success Executives (starting with 2 people);
Be a key player in establishing, refining and improving the processes and ways of working, including leveraging new tools and AI;
Own your accounts ensuring a great collaboration between our Growth segment clients (early stage start-ups and smaller businesses) across several markets, and our tech experts;
Report to the VP of Sales and collaborate closely with the Sales Managers of the respective geographical markets.
What your week will look like:
You will both coach and support your team members, as well as taking care of a number of clients yourself. This includes the following activities:
Lead client onboarding to gain an in-depth understanding of their business and development needs, effectively setting expectations for a successful start.
Support the tech expert to succeed early by clarifying expectations.
Find new growth opportunities and work closely with the Client Engineering team to carefully match the opportunity with the right developer, ensuring their skills and experience are the right fit for client requirements.
Ensuring a high client satisfaction with a fast time to value, effectively handling if any challenges or if a dispute arises.
Nurture strong client relationships.
Leverage and explore AI and tools that can drive efficiency.
Ensure the team meets goals and KPIs, handle training, develop improvements while keeping the team motivated.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you:
Have hands-on experience with Customer Success or Account Management within technology, developer, or a similar role, ideally within a tech team.
Have demonstrated leadership skills and are eager to develop your leadership skills.
Have an intrinsic sense of urgency, responsibility and ownership, not afraid to take action.
Great interpersonal skills and interested in developing leadership skills so that you can support the tech experts working with your clients
Interest in sharpening your negotiation skills for win-win-win outcomes
Understand how to help a client and guiding them for a successful long term collaboration
Possess a curiosity about technological innovations and trends, continually seeking to understand how they can be leveraged to solve real-world problems and improve efficiency.
