About the role
We’re looking for a Senior SDR to help shape Proxify’s Nordic expansion strategy, combining outbound creativity with structured execution. As a Senior SDR at Proxify, you are on a journey where you want to grow as fast as our success, where ambition makes an impact that matters. Proxify has only touched on the surface of outbound collaborations, leaving great room for strategic planning while keeping your creativity unlimited. We strongly value internal growth and help Senior SDRs sharpen their sales skills, with the goal of transitioning into an Account Executive role within 1-2 years.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify decision-makers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
Engage with prospects (200+) over the phone weekly
Strategically focus on creating and following up on target lists within SMB, Enterprise and Expansion accounts
Ensure a great handover to Client Managers and Account Managers.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to analyze and improve your sales initiatives
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives, and collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns
What you need to be successful in the role
Comfortable and motivated to engage with 300+ prospects over the phone weekly
Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written).
Experience in outbound, CRM systems, and selling SaaS solutions
Great listener, humble, and want to grow together
Genuine interest in AI, tech, and innovation
Ability to use data to analyse strategies with a proactive mindset
Persistent mindset with excellent time management
Goal-oriented to reach and exceed sales targets.
Skilled in handling objections and exciting prospects
Based in Sweden, ideally in Stockholm, for weekly onsite collaboration and meetings
Valuable plus
Fluency in Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian
1-2 years of experience in an outbound-facing role
Experience in HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Apollo
Experience with CRM systems and SaaS sales
