About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive Proxify’s Nordic expansion through strategic outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
As a Senior BDR at Proxify, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and creating qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives.
This role combines structured outbound execution with creative prospecting strategies, giving you the opportunity to influence how we approach new markets and target accounts across the Nordics.
At Proxify, we strongly value internal growth. Senior BDRs are supported in sharpening their sales skills with the goal of transitioning into an Account Executive role within 1–2 years.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify decision-makers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
Engage decision-makers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
High-volume outbound outreach, engaging with 200+ prospects weekly by phone.
Qualify prospects and generate high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Build and manage targeted prospect lists aligned with our Nordic expansion strategy.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach strategies.
Ensure smooth handovers of qualified opportunities to AE and CM.
Continuously analyse outreach performance and optimise prospecting strategies.
What you need to be successful in the role
Comfortable and motivated to engage with 300+ prospects over the phone weekly
Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written)
Experience with outbound prospecting, CRM systems, and SaaS sales
Strong communication and listening skills
A curious, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
Genuine interest in AI, tech, and innovation
Ability to use data to analyse outreach strategies and improve results
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed sales targets
Skilled in handling objections and creating engaging sales conversations
Based in Sweden, ideally Stockholm, for weekly onsite collaboration
Valuable plus
Fluency in Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian
1-2 years of experience in an outbound-facing role
Experience in HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Apollo
Experience in SaaS or tech sales environments
