About the role

As an Internal Sales Representative, You’ll be part of the client teams and perform the sales activities assigned to you.
Account growth & retention: Take on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, be a part of contract negotiations, and secure long-term client loyalty by delivering value.
Project coordination: Work closely with Account Managers to meet client needs, keep deadlines, and ensure deliverables align with expectations.
Performance monitoring & reporting: Track account performance, prepare clear reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
Matching: Use your tech know-how to match the right developer to customer needs, collaborating with the account manager and a client engineer for support.
Client Focus: Global Enterprise Clients ( > 2 000 employees).

What you bring to be successful in this role:
Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and high quality.

Understand how to help a client and guide them through the customer journey.
Naturally sociable, curious, and goal-driven.
A humble team player who thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
Native-level English.
Bonus points: hands-on experience with technology, such as working as a technical project manager, product manager, developer, or a similar role (ideally within tech or SaaS).
