About the role
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Talent Sourcer who excels in discovering, engaging, and converting top-tier tech talent.
Your primary mission (#1) will be proactive talent sourcing at scale.
Your secondary mission (#2) will be candidate engagement, which may include screening, candidate advisory, expectation management, and pipeline stewardship — depending on evolving needs.
You’ll play a strategic role in building our talent supply engine while continuously refining sourcing methodologies to maximize quality and speed.
What you will do
Core Responsibilities
- Source 30–40 qualified tech candidates per day (mainly from LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain talent pools for roles such as Full-stack, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data, QA, ML/AI, and Security
- Develop advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, X-ray, market mapping)
- Maintain structured talent pipelines and monitor key sourcing metrics
Candidate Engagement & Collaboration
- Conduct structured screening to assess motivation, communication and fit
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the process
- Provide concise candidate assessments and recommendations
- Partner with Recruiters, Client Manager to ensure alignment and quality
- Represent Proxify professionally during all candidate interactions

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
What you must have (Required)
- 5+ years of sourcing experience in IT / tech recruitment
- Strong experience in candidate screening & assessment
- Proven ability to source from LinkedIn & open-web channels
- Solid understanding of tech roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data, etc.)
- Strong command of Boolean / X-ray search
- Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration
- Fluent English (C1+ level)
- Structured, autonomous, and comfortable working with KPIs
What is nice to have (Preferred)
- Experience sourcing for European & global markets
- Familiarity with tools like HireEZ, AmazingHiring, or similar
- Prior experience in a scale-up or high-volume hiring environment
- Experience working with engineers or technical communities
- Basic technical literacy (ability to understand tech concepts and frameworks)
