Account Executive (DACH) - German required

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an ambitious German-speaking professional to join us as an Account Executive and drive our outbound customer acquisition in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). The DACH region is our largest market – you will be part of a high-energy, high-performing team.

About the Role

As an Account Executive in the DACH team, you will take full ownership of the outbound sales cycle – particularly:
- Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers with a structured workflow.
- Pipeline Building: Independently generating and nurturing leads.
- Sales Execution: Running meetings, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the full sales process.
- Matching: Collaborating with our Client Engineers to find the right technical talent for each client’s specific needs.
- Closing: Leading negotiations and managing contracts to ensure smooth deals.
- Handover: Working closely with Account Managers for seamless transitions and long-term success.
You will also collaborate closely with the BDR team to guide leads through the phases of Discovery, Matching, Negotiation, and Closing.
Target customers: Mid-sized to large companies (50–2000 employees).

What You Should Bring
- Strong sense of ownership, fast execution, and high standards of quality.
- Proven success in outbound sales as an SDR or AE – ideally in tech or SaaS.
- Ability to understand clients and confidently guide them through the entire customer journey.
- Communicative, curious, and goal-oriented.
- A grounded team player who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
- Native-level German and fluent English (spoken and written).
Bonus: Hands-on experience with technology (e.g., as a technical project manager, product manager, developer, or similar role) – ideally in tech or SaaS.
