Account Executive (DACH)

Now we are looking for a hungry German speaking Account Executive to drive our outbound client acquisition on the DACH market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). The DACH market is our largest and you’ll be joining an energetic and high performing team.

As an Account Executive in the DACH team, you’ll take full ownership of the outbound sales cycle, focusing specifically on the following:
- Prospecting: identify and reach out to new potential clients with a consistent workflow.
- Pipeline building: Generate and nurture your own leads.
- Sales execution: Lead meetings, qualify prospects, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Matching: Collaborate with Client Engineers to identify the right tech talent for each client’s needs.
- Closing: Handle negotiations and contracts to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Handover: Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition and long-term success for each client.
You’ll also partner closely with the BDR team, guiding leads through the discovery, matching, negotiation, and closing phases.
Client Focus: Mid-size to enterprise (50–2000 employees).

What you bring to be successful in this role:
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and high quality.
- Proven success in outbound sales as an SDR or AE, ideally in tech or SaaS.
- Take ownership with urgency to ensure efficiency while keeping quality high.
- Understand how to help a client and guide them through the customer journey.
- Naturally sociable, curious, and goal-driven.
- A humble team player who thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
- Native-level German and advanced English.
Bonus points: hands-on experience with technology, such as working as a technical project manager, product manager, developer, or a similar role (ideally within tech or SaaS).
