The position of Career Coach encapsulates the processes of optimization and retention of talents in the community. It involves training and motivating the community to maximize the productivity of their cooperation with the client and enhance the overall professional growth of talents and community quality in general
Suggested responsibilities and tasks for the Career Coach :
- 30% - Create coaching materials and cultivate standards of professionalism and best remote work practices for the international community of IT talents
- 30% - Coach individuals and teams to ensure professional behaviour towards our Partners
- 40% - Develop and implement the proactive performance review procedure. Capture and support Member’s individual professional career development path
Professional skills
- 5+ years of experience in HR, people management or talent coaching
- Leading experience is a plus. You are supposed to lead a team of 1-3 people from the start
- Experience developing educational materials
- Goal-setting and performance evaluation experience. Good decision-making skills to help members make the right professional decisions
- Team coaching experience is a plus!
- A curious mindset that keeps you one step ahead of career counselling, human resources and remote work trends
- Being result-oriented, a high achiever, a good team player, and having a high sense of responsibility
Interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire people
- Strong analytical skills to assess people's abilities and qualities
- A genuine interest and respect for all people regardless of their position in society
- Patience to allow other people enough time to learn new things or skills
- Ability to be approachable and welcoming
Communication skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced (or Upper-intermediate) English
- Excellent presentation skills
