We are now searching for a Functional Recruitment Lead to join our Recruitment team. 

Requirements:

- 4+ years in Technical recruitment; 
- C1+ level of English; 
- Flexible, empathetic, good communicator and negotiator; 
- Never stops looking for new approaches that can improve the quality of and speed up work processes; 
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills. 

Nice-to-have: - Prior leadership or project management experience.

Responsibilities:
- Being involved in Product development; constantly focusing on optimizing recruitment processes.  
- Leading by example: collaborate with the team in order to provide stable quality of  teamwork;
- Efficiently collaborate with Hiring managers; provide timely assistance on staffing needs;
- Ensuring the engagement quality during the interview within the team;
- Onboarding new team members;
- Organizing internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, etc.
