We are Proxify, a company founded by developers who understand that talent does not have borders.

For more than a decade we have successfully worked with developers on a remote basis. We have met many companies who have tried to do the same but weren’t able to find the ‘right developer’. We have created a growing network of talented freelance developers who we ourselves would be proud to work with.

Today, we are helping more than 400 companies in 22 countries ranging from SaaS startups, leading scale-ups to enterprises. Our members include React and Flutter core contributors, AR/VR experts, and AI & Computer Vision researchers who built autonomous vehicle systems.

We are entrepreneurs who have personal experience of how important talented and affordable developers and designers are for a company. We've met many companies who have tested outsourcing to low-income economies but stopped because they found quality and communication to be real issues. They just haven't been able to find “the right person”. With this in mind, we have crafted a growing network of some of Eastern Europe’s best developers and designers.
